American Psycho Musical London Returns to Almeida Theatre with Full Cast Revealed

The cult hit American Psycho musical London revival is set to return to the Almeida Theatre, running from 22 January to 14 March 2026. Following its critically acclaimed 2013 debut, the production will mark the final show under Rupert Goold’s tenure as Almeida Artistic Director.

Based on Bret Easton Ellis’ infamous novel, American Psycho follows Wall Street trader Patrick Bateman, a man living the high life in 1980s Manhattan, indulging in designer clothes, exclusive restaurants, and glamorous parties—while hiding darker transgressions behind closed doors. The musical features a book by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and music and lyrics by Duncan Sheik.

Star-Studded Cast Announced for American Psycho Musical London

The production will star Arty Froushan (Daredevil: Born Again, The Line of Beauty) in the lead role of Patrick Bateman. Other notable cast members include:

• Daniel Bravo (Mean Girls, Cruel Intentions) as Paul Owen

• Ensemble includes Liz Kamille, Millie Mayhew, Asha Parker-Wallace, Hannah Yun Chamberlain, with swing Samuel J Weir

The creative team also includes choreography by Lynne Page, set design by Es Devlin, costume design by Katrina Lindsay, lighting by Jon Clark, sound design by Dan Moses Schreier, video design by Finn Ross, music supervision by David Shrubsole, and musical direction by Ellen Campbell. Casting is by Natalie Gallacher for Pippa Ailion and Natalie Gallacher Casting.
